Early Intervention

Early Intervention

At Bridge, we believe that early identification and timely intervention can make a lasting difference in a child’s development. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates closely with families to deliver individualized, family-centered intervention that supports each child’s unique strengths, promotes developmental milestones, and maximizes long-term outcomes across home, school, and community environments.

Signs Your Child May Benefit from Early Intervention

Your child may benefit if they:
  • Are not meeting expected developmental milestones.
  • Have delays in communication, play, or motor development.
  • Show early signs of social or communication difficulties.
  • Have sensory processing challenges.
  • Were born prematurely or have developmental risk factors.

Building Strong Foundations for Lifelong Development

The early years of a child’s life are critical for growth, learning, and brain development. At Bridge for Skills Development Centre, our Early Intervention Program is designed to identify developmental needs as early as possible and provide individualized, evidence-based support that promotes meaningful progress across all areas of development. Through a multidisciplinary approach, we work closely with families to enhance communication, motor, cognitive, social, and adaptive skills, helping children build a strong foundation for future learning, independence, and participation.

Who Can Benefit?

Our Early Intervention services support infants and young children with Developmental Delays, Prematurity and High-Risk Birth History, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Early Signs of Autism, Speech and Language Delays, Motor Development Delays, Sensory Processing Difficulties, Social Communication Challenges, and Learning and Developmental Concerns.
